Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement released on SENS on 10 November 2015 and the
subsequent renewal of cautionary announcements, the last of which was dated 26 February 2016, and are
advised that the negotiations referred to therein have been terminated. Shareholders are accordingly advised
that caution need no longer be exercised when dealing in the Company’s securities.
