advised that at the adjourned meeting of creditors which took place on 8 April 2016, the meeting was
further adjourned in terms of section 152(1)(d) of the Companies Act, 2008 (Act 71 of 2008), as
amended, until 18 April 2016, to allow for further amendments to the proposed Business Rescue Plan.
