DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE SBK SHARE INSTALMENT
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for STANDARD BANK GROUP LTD and that as
a result of the dividend declaration relating to STANDARD BANK GROUP LTD (SBK) the Trustees of
the Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 371 cents per SBKNIP share
instalment that is payable on Monday, 25 April 2016. The dividend is subject to a local tax of 15 per
cent. This results in a net dividend of 315.35 cents per share instalment. The final payment will be
rounded to two decimal places.
The last day to trade cum-dividend is Friday, 15 April 2016. The Share Instalment will commence
trading ex-dividend from Monday, 18 April 2016. The record date will be Friday, 22 April 2016.
