CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND CHANGE TO THE COMPANY SECRETARY
Shareholders are advised that, with effect from 13 April 2016, Steven Brown has been appointed as an alternate director
to Andrew Teixeira, an executive director of Fortress.
Shareholders are further advised that Bernita Schaper has resigned as company secretary of Fortress and that Tamlyn
Stevens has been appointed as company secretary with effect from 13 April 2016.
The board of directors of Fortress would like to thank Bernita for her contribution to the company.
