Shareholders are advised that Datacentrix Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of
Datacentrix, together with the Department of Justice & Constitutional Development (“DOJ & CD”)
and 12 other ICT service providers, have been cited in an application brought in the High Court of
South Africa by Dimension Data Proprietary Limited. The application seeks to review and set aside
the bid award involving the provision, implementation, maintenance and support of a Court
Recording Technology solution which was awarded in January 2015 by the DOJ & CD under RFB
2014 02 to Datacentrix Proprietary Limited, on the grounds set out in section 6(2) of the Promotion
of Administrative Justice Act, 2000 (Act 3 of 2000). The Company is taking legal advice on the
matter.
