DISTRIBUTION FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Holders of DivTrax securities are advised that a distribution will be made in respect of the quarter ended
31 March 2016. The distribution of 29.66397 cents per DivTrax Security will be comprised as follows:
Dividend (local) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 25.27731 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 3.79160 cents
Resultant net dividend 21.48571 cents
Dividend (foreign) (to be taxed at 15%)(gross) 4.38666 cents
Dividends Withholding Tax (15%) 0.65800 cents
Resultant net dividend 3.72866 cents
The distribution will be made to all holders of DivTrax securities who were recorded in the register on
08 April 2016 and will be paid on 20 April 2016.
