Holdings Limited (“Datacentrix”), a subsidiary of Pinnacle, today regarding legal proceedings
against Datacentrix Proprietary Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Datacentrix, details
of which are set out in the Datacentrix SENS announcement.
Datacentrix has taken legal advice and will be opposing the application.
