Changes to Keaton Energy’s Social and Ethics Committee
The size and structure of the Social and Ethics Committee (“Committee”) established
in terms of section 72 (4) (read with regulation 43) of the Companies Act, 71 of 2008
was reviewed by both the Committee and the board of directors (“Board”) in June
2015.
Both the Committee and the Board approved the reduction in size of the Committee
to only five members consisting of Ms APE Sedibe as the Chairman of the Committee
and Mr LX Mtumtum, Dr DJ Salter, Mr J Rossouw and Ms AB Glad as members of the
Committee.
