Further update on the issuing of provisional results for 2015 and delay in issuing
de-listing circular
Shareholders are referred to the announcements dated 19 and 20 October and 14 December
2015 regarding the firm intention announcement in terms of Regulation 101 of the Companies
Regulations, 2011 of the Companies Act, 2008, in respect of the proposed delisting of SACMH
and an offer to all remaining shareholders, as well as the update on 4 February 2016.
The Resource and Reserves Statement has been finalised to the satisfaction of the JSE Limited
(“JSE”).
As a result of the fact that the company’s reviewed provisional results for the year ended
31 December 2015 were not released by 30 March 2016, the JSE now requires that the said
results be released and included in the circular. The results are in the process of being
prepared and are expected to be released by 31 May 2016.
As soon as the results have been released, the circular will be updated and resubmitted to
the JSE and Takeover Regulation Panel for approval and printed and mailed to shareholders.
