CHANGE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In compliance with paragraph 3.59(b) of the JSE Listing
Requirements, Gaia hereby advises that Mr. John Oliphant has
resigned as managing director of the Company with effect from
19 April 2016 in order to pursue his own business interests.
Shareholders are advised that the chairman of the board, Mr.
Leon de Wit, will in the interim assume Mr. Oliphant’s duties
and responsibilities until such time as an appropriate candidate
has been appointed to fill the position.
The Company’s daily operations are unaffected by this development.
