LISTING OF ADDITIONAL NEWFUNDS SHARI’AH EXCHANGE TRADED FUND
Following the creation of 4,300,000 (four million three hundred thousand)
participatory interests, NewFunds has, from commencement of business today,
issued an additional 4,300,000 Sharia’ah ETF securities at an approximate issue
price of R3.22 per additional Shari’ah ETF.
After the listing of the additional 4,300,000 Shari’ah ETF securities, there will be
18,675,446 NewFunds Shari’ah ETF participatory interests in issue.
