The Board wishes to inform the shareholders of Imbalie that Imbalie has terminated its registrar and
transfer agent arrangement by mutual agreement.
Trifecta Capital Services (Pty) Ltd has been appointed as the new registrar and transfer agent of Imbalie
with effect from 3 May 2016.
