ANNOUNCEMENT REGARDING THE EXTENSION OF TIME TO PUBLISH THE
BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN
Shareholders are advised that application has been made by the Business Rescue
Practitioner in terms of Section 150(5) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 for a further extension
of time (“the second extension”) to publish the Business Rescue Plan, which was due to be
published on 30 April 2016. The proposed date for the publication of the Business Rescue
Plan in terms of the second extension is 27 May 2016.
Shareholders are reminded that the decision on the second extension is determined by the
holders of a majority of the creditors’ voting interests.
