CHANGE IN ROLE OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders are advised of a change in role of Mr Mark Nurick from Independent
Non-executive Director to Lead Independent Non-executive Director with
immediate effect.
The above change is being made in order to regularise compliance with King III and
the JSE Listings Requirements following the resignation last year of Mr Reginald
Bernstein from the Board of Bonatla effective 14 April 2015, who was formerly
nominated as Lead Independent Non-executive Director.
