RESULT OF THE APPLICATION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO PUBLISH THE
BUSINESS RESCUE PLAN (SECOND EXTENSION)
Shareholders are advised that creditors of the Company voted unanimously in favour of the
second extension in regard to the publication of the Business Rescue Plan of the Company.
The voting was as follows:
1. Value of claims for the Extension R99,058,585.35 (100%)
2. Value of claims against the Extension Nil
In terms of the second extension, the Business Rescue Plan must now be published on or
before the 27th of May 2016.
