CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59(a) of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Ms Bridgitte
Mathews has been appointed as an independent non-executive director
to the boards of PSG Group and PSG Financial Services with immediate
effect.
Ms Mathews is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and serves on the boards
of various companies as an independent non-executive director. She
has been a member of the African Women Chartered Accountants since
2007 and a member of the Institute of Directors since 2011.
The board welcomes the appointment of Ms Mathews and looks forward
to her contribution.
