CHANGE TO THE BOARD – RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Further to the “Withdrawal of Cautionary announcement” released on SENS on 7 April 2016,
shareholders are advised that MRI and Stellar Capital Partners have finalised arrangements for the
restructuring of the loan advanced by MRI to Iron Mineral Beneficiation Services Proprietary Limited
(“IMBS”), which will be fully repaid by 30 June 2016. This finalises the arrangements entered into in
relation to the previously announced transaction with IMBS. As a result, MRI further advises that Mr
Luc Albinski has resigned as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from
date hereof. The Board extends its appreciation to him for his service.
