Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on 1 December 2015 detailing the disposal
by Cargo Carriers of its 55% shareholding in BHL Zambia and its 51% shareholding in BHL Namibia and are
advised that all the conditions precedent to the disposal have been fulfilled and the disposal completed in
accordance with the terms of the sale agreement.
