Calgro M3 is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Itumeleng April as Company Secretary with
effect from 11 May 2016. Ms April is a qualified attorney with ten years’ experience in commercial
and company law, and five years’ company secretarial experience.
Ms April has the necessary competence, qualifications and experience to fulfil the role of Company
Secretary and to maintain an independent arms-length relationship with the board of directors.
The Board welcomes Ms April and wishes her luck in her new role and the challenges which the role
brings.
