TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF ACQUISITION OF BENEFICIAL INTEREST IN SHARES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 and regulation 121(2)(b) of the
Companies Act Regulations, 2011, shareholders are advised that Equites has received notification from
Kagiso Asset Management (Pty) Ltd (“Kagiso”) of the acquisition by Kagiso of Equites’ shares such that
Kagiso’s total beneficial interest is now 5.01% of Equites’ total issued ordinary shares.
