VOLUNTARY DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF WILDERNESS ORDINARY SHARES
Shareholders are advised that Botswana Opportunities Partnership, a private equity fund, has
notified the Company that it has purchased 20,443,000 Wilderness ordinary shares representing
8.82% of the shares in issue.
The shares acquired by Botswana Opportunities Partnership were acquired from Winslow Financial
Investments Limited. Winslow Financial Investments Limited has now disposed of its entire holding
in the Company.
