CHANGE IN LAST DAY TO TRADE IN RESPECT OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Master Drilling shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement released and Notice of Annual
General Meeting posted on 31 March 2016, and are advised that the last day to trade for the
purposes of participating in and voting at the Annual General Meeting (in order to be registered in the
Company’s register of shareholders on Friday, 15 July 2016), shall be the close of business on
Tuesday, 12 July 2016, and not Friday, 8 July 2016 as previously announced.
The above amendment is as result of the implementation of the T+3 settlement cycle, which is due to
go-live on 11 July 2016.
