TRP121: NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF BENEFICIAL INTERESTS IN SECURITIES
In compliance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Companies
Act”) and Regulation 121(2)(b) of the Companies Act Regulations 2011 and paragraph
3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders are advised that EFG has received
notification from Trustee Board Investments (Pty) Ltd of the disposal of TBI’s entire
beneficial interest of 18.73% of EFG’s issued shares to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Private
Equity Partners (Pty) Ltd (“PEP”), such that PEP’s total beneficial interest in the company is
now 18.73% of EFG’s issued shares.
