RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
Shareholders of Caxton are advised that Mr. Gordon Utian has resigned as a
non-executive director of the company with immediate effect.
Mr. Utian was the managing director of the company for 17 years until he
became a non-executive director in May 2014 and the board wishes to extend its
appreciation to him for his service to the company.
