DISCLOSURE OF ACQUISITION OF SECURITIES
In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and Section 122(1) of the Companies Act,
No 71 of 2008, shareholders are advised that Old Mutual Investment Group (Pty) Ltd (“Old Mutual
Investment Group”) has notified Netcare that Old Mutual Investment Group, on behalf of its clients,
acquired a beneficial interest in ordinary shares of the company, such that the total beneficial
interest of Netcare ordinary shares held by Old Mutual Investment Group is now 5.12% of the total
issued securities of that class.
