Trading statement
Shareholders are advised that Cartrack’s performance for the 2016 financial year will reflect growth
in headline earnings per share and basic earnings per share in excess of 20% on the prior year. This
result reflects generally improved trading performances from operations and foreign exchange gains.
We expect the results for the financial year ended 29 February 2016, expressed as growth on the
previous year, to fall within the following ranges:

The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or reported
on by the Group’s external auditors.
