CHANGE TO THE BOARD – APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
On the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, the board of directors of the Company (“the
Board”) has resolved to appoint Mr Theunis de Bruyn as a Non-Executive director with effect from
15 June 2016.
Mr de Bruyn is a Chartered Accountant (SA) and is a founding member of Calibre Capital and RECM
asset management. Previously he held research and corporate finance positions with various
financial institutions. He is a director of other listed companies and holds directorships in numerous
private companies.
The Board wishes to extend a welcome to Mr de Bruyn and looks forward to his positive and
continuing contribution to the Company.
