CONFIRMATION OF COMPETITION COMMISSION RAID ON MPACT PREMISES
Mpact confirms that the Competition Commission is conducting a
raid on its premises today. The management of Mpact is
engaging with the Competition Commission.
Mpact management, together with its Board of directors have
zero tolerance towards anti-competitive behaviour. The Company
is committed to ensuring that its employees, management, and
directors do not engage in any conduct that constitutes
prohibited practice. To this end, Mpact has put in place
numerous initiatives to ensure good corporate governance
across all its operations.
