In accordance with section 122(3)(b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE
Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has received formal
notification from Truffle Asset Management that they have acquired a beneficial interest of 3.44% of the total
issued shares of HAHL.
Truffle Asset Management’s total interest in the Company now amounts to 5.65% of the total issued shares.
