for block listings totalling 1,035,763 ordinary shares of US$0.10 each in the Company.
The shares will be admitted to the Official List pursuant to the Company’s obligations
under the following schemes:
SABMiller plc South African Executive Share Option Plan 2008 1,000,000 shares
SABMiller plc Mirror Executive Share Purchase Scheme 35,763 shares
The shares will rank equally with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
It is expected that admission will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 2 June 2016.
