APPOINTMENT OF NEW CREDIT RATING AGENCY AND THE ASSIGNMENT OF CREDIT
RATINGS
iVuzi advised noteholders on 8 January 2016 of the extended validity
period to 30 June 2016 relating to the ratings assigned to iVuzi by
Fitch Southern Africa (Proprietary) Limited (“Fitch SA”), granted by
the Financial Services Board (“FSB”). iVuzi would like to advise
noteholders that they have appointed Global Credit Ratings co.
(“GCR”) as their new credit rating agency.
On 31 March 2016 GCR accorded a final public short term rating of
A1+(ZA)(sf) to the senior notes issued by iVuzi from 1 June 2016
onwards.
