ACQUISITION OF BUSINESS AND RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the Company’s cautionary
announcements dated 24 March 2016 and 11 May 2016 and are
advised that the Company is in the final stages of
negotiations for the acquisition of a substantial business
complementary to that of Trellidor (“the Acquisition”). The
Acquisition is in line with Trellidor’s communicated strategy
of expanding its business and adding to its existing product
range.
Should the Acquisition be successfully concluded, it may have
a material effect on the price of the Company’s securities.
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue exercising
caution when dealing in the Company’s securities until a full
announcement is made.
