UPDATE IN RESPECT OF POSTING OF WATERFALL DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS TRANSACTION CIRCULAR
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released by Balwin on the Stock Exchange News Service
on 6 April 2016 (the “Announcement”) regarding the conclusion by Balwin of a formal acquisition agreement
for the acquisition of development rights in Johannesburg’s Kyalami / Waterfall node (the “Proposed
Acquisition”).
Shareholders are advised that the circular setting out, inter alia, the terms of the Proposed Acquisition and
a notice of general meeting to convene a meeting of Balwin shareholders will be posted by no later than 30
June 2016 as approved by the Johannesburg Stock Exchange.
