In accordance with section 122(3) (b) of the Companies Act, No 71 of 2008 and section 3.83(b)
of the JSE Limited`s Listings Requirements, shareholders are hereby advised that the
Company has received formal notification from Yellowwoods Trust Investments (Pty) Ltd, who
have notified Clientele that they have acquired a direct beneficial interest of 1.19% of the total
issued shares of Clientele during the period 22 January 2016 to 31 May 2016.
Yellowwoods Trust Investments’ total direct beneficial interest in the Company now amounts
to 5.15% of the total issued shares.
