RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with Section 3.59(b) of the JSE Listing Requirements, Transpaco
shareholders are advised that Archie Aaron [“Archie”] on his own initiative and with the
approval of the board has resigned as an Independent Non-Executive Director from the
Transpaco board with effect from 31 May 2016.
As a member of the board since 1987 and chairman from 2003 to 30 June 2015, Archies
contribution, dedication and support has been immense.
Archie has played a pivotal role in the development, growth and success of the group.
His leadership, guidance and advice will be greatly missed.
Archie’s illustrious relationship with Transpaco will continue to influence our culture going
forward.
