Following the listing of Bidcorp on the JSE Limited on Monday, 30 May 2016 and the
unbundling of Bidcorp from The Bidvest Group Limited, the board of directors of Bidcorp has
resolved to constitute the following board committees, as follows:
Acquisitions committee:
- Douglas Denoon Balharrie Band – Chairman;
- Paul Cambo Baloyi – member;
- Bernard Larry Berson – member;
- David Edward Cleasby – member;
- Brian Joffe – member;
- Nigel George Payne – member.
Nominations committee:
- Brian Joffe – Chairman;

- Douglas Denoon Balharrie Band – member.
Remuneration committee:
