wishes to advise shareholders that Mr Dewald Dempers tendered his resignation as an
Executive Director on 02 June 2016.
The Chairman of the Board, Dr Anna Mokgokong, the Company’s Founders and the Board
wishes to thank Dewald for his significant contribution during his lengthy term of office. His
contribution to the Company’s continued success as a shareholder, a Board member and as
