Sacoven Shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the cautionary announcements dated
25 November 2015, 8 March 2016 and 19 April 2016 (“Cautionary Announcements”).
Shareholders are advised that the Company is still in discussions with respect to the potential
acquisition of a Fast Moving Consumer Goods business located in Africa, where such
acquisition will only be capable of implementation during the second half of 2016.
Shareholders are advised that the negotiations referred to in this Cautionary Announcement
are on-going and, as such, Shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution until a
full announcement is made.
