TRADING STATEMENT
In terms of paragraph 3.4(b) of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, companies are
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they become reasonably certain that the
financial results for the period to be reported on next will differ by at least 20% from those of
the previous corresponding period.
Shareholders are advised that the Company expects the following to be reported for the six
month period ended 31 March 2016 (“Interim results”):
- earnings per share of 6.8 US cents compared to 6.3 US cents for the six months ended 31
March 2015 (“the Comparative Period”) being 8% higher; and
- headline earnings per share of 0.6 US cents compared to 5.9 US cents for the Comparative
Period being 90% lower.
The financial information on which this trading statement is based has not been reviewed or
reported on by the Company’s auditors.
The 2016 Interim results are expected to be published on or about 10 June 2016.
