CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, SPAR
shareholders are advised that Ms Mandy Hogan has been appointed as Group Company
Secretary with immediate effect. Mr Kevin O’Brien will be remaining with SPAR as the Group
Risk and Sustainability Executive.
Mandy has worked as the Assistant Company Secretary at SPAR since 1 September 2013.
She holds a qualification in GradICSA and is in the process of completing her LLB. Mandy has
over 15 years company secretarial and corporate governance experience.
The SPAR board of directors would like to thank Mandy for her passion and commitment to
the Group and look forward to working with her in her new position.
