TRANSFER TO THE MAIN BOARD OF THE JSE LIMITED
The Board of Directors of Ecsponent is pleased to advise shareholders that the JSE Limited (“JSE”)
has approved the transfer of the listing of the Company’s ordinary shares to the Main Board of the
JSE under the sector “Financial Services – Speciality Finance”. The Company’s ordinary shares were
previously traded on the Venture Capital Market. The ordinary shares will therefore commence
trading on the Main Board as from Monday, 20 June 2016.
The preference shares issued by the Company are already listed as debt instruments on the Main
Board and therefore remain unchanged.
