RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR
In compliance with section 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders
are advised that Barry Stegmann has resigned as a director of RBA with effect from 10 June
2016. Barry will be providing consulting services to RBA to ensure there is a smooth transition.
The board of directors would like to thank Barry for his contribution to the Company and the RBA
Group and wishes him success in his future endeavours.
