Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 29 April 2016, 18 March 2016 and 14
January 2016 regarding the acquisition of the remaining 69% of Ilangabi Investments 12 (Pty) Ltd from
the Late Estate of Garnett van Niekerk Parkin.
Shareholders are advised to continue exercising caution in dealing in the company’s securities on the
JSE until such time as the categorisation of the transaction is determined and the financial information
in respect of the acquisition is released.
