DIRECTORATE CHANGE
Tiberiu Smaranda intends to resign from his position of Executive Director as of 1 September 2016, having
decided to pursue other business opportunities.
Tiberiu will remain involved in the business during the following period, to ensure a smooth transition and
effective succession arrangements. The directors are considering candidates for executive roles on the Board of
the Company. Appointments will be made in due course and shareholders will be advised accordingly.
The Board of Directors is grateful for Tiberiu’s contribution to the Company’s development and success and
wishes him well in his future endeavours.
