Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement dated 18 May 2016 where it was announced that Alawill
Investments (Pty) Ltd, entered into an agreement for the sale of the Fabz Garden Hotel & Conference Centre (“Fabz
Garden Hotel”) and Sanrock Resort and Conference Centre (“Sanrock Resort”) (collectively “the properties”) to Zephan
Properties (Pty) Ltd (“the purchaser”).
The initial conditions precedent to the agreement have lapsed and the sales did not materialise.
