CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
In accordance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, shareholders are advised of
the following changes to the Board of Rolfes.
Mr Bulelani T. Ngcuka has decided to step down as non-executive director and chairman of the Board with effect
from 1 July 2016. Mr Mike S. Teke, current non-executive director of Rolfes, will be appointed as chairman of the
Board, also with effect from 1 July 2016.
Rolfes wishes to thank Mr. Ngcuka for his loyalty, commitment and service to the Board and welcomes Mr Teke in
his new role as chairman of the board.
