DISCLOSURE OF SIGNIFICANT HOLDING OF EMIRA ORDINARY SHARES
In accordance with paragraph 3.83 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and section 122 of the
Companies Act 71 of 2008 (“the Act”), shareholders are advised as follows:
Emira has received formal notification that Old Mutual Investment Group Proprietary Limited, in
aggregate on behalf of its underlying clients, has acquired an interest in the ordinary shares of the
Company, such that its total interest in Emira has increased to 5.03% of the Company’s issued
ordinary share capital.
As required in terms of section 122(3)(a) of the Act, the Company has filed the required notice
with the Takeover Regulation Panel.
