CHANGE IN DIRECTORATE
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements the Board of Directors (“Board”) of the
Company hereby announces the resignation of both Mr Pavel
Tatyanin from his position as non-executive director and Mr
Dmitrij Scuka from his position as independent non-
executive director of the Company with effect from 16 June
2016.
The Company wishes to thank both Mr Tatyanin and Mr Scuka
for their contribution to the Board and to the Company and
wishes them all the best in their future endeavours.
