Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcements dated 9 February 2016 and renewed on 23 March 2016
and 10 May 2016, in which shareholders were advised that the Company is currently engaged in negotiations relating
to, inter alia, partnering with financiers on its international expansion strategy.
Shareholders are advised that negotiations are ongoing, which, if successfully concluded, may have a material effect
on the Company’s securities. Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in the
Company’s securities until a further announcement is made.
