In accordance with section 122(3) of the Companies Act (No. 71 of 2008), as
amended, and paragraph 3.83(b) of the Listings Requirements of the JSE
Limited, Huge shareholders are advised that the Company has received
notification from SA Hedge Fund en Commandite Partnership that it has
increased its beneficial interest in Huge to 20.07% of the issued ordinary share
capital of the Company.
